At Premier Driving School Adelaide, our focus is on providing safe driving strategies and developing safe driving habits, skills and attitudes.

Our comprehensive training covers all aspects of driving a motor vehicle safely and efficiently:
• the ability to competently operate the vehicle while maintaining full vehicle control
• road rules are correctly applied in the student’s practical driving
• teaching of the basic driving procedures, slow speed manoeuvres, basic road skills and traffic management skills as per the CBT&A Task requirements to the Government Assessment Standard
• exposure to a variety of traffic conditions and road environments
• development of observation skills and forward planning
• hazard identification and risk reduction strategies.

Learner driver training is conducted according to the standards of the Competency Based Training & Assessment course in The Driving Companion, to best prepare the student to be a confident, safe driver and to pass the Vehicle On Road Test (VORT).

The benefit of the VORT option is that it is normally a less expensive method of gaining a P1 Provisional Licence, particularly if accompanied by supervised driving practice. In addition, the VORT option involves only one test at the end rather than several CBT&A assessments.
